Partnerships Reignited
Under Dr. Dunbar’s leadership, Marvin E. Lewis Elementary reignited its partnership with Georgia College & State University to once again serve as a host site for student teachers — a collaboration that had not been active in eight years.
Reestablishing this partnership reflects a commitment to building leadership capacity, strengthening instructional practices, and investing in the future of the profession. By welcoming aspiring educators into our classrooms, we are creating a pipeline of well-prepared teachers while modeling strong instructional systems and a culture of excellence.
