As part of our organizational leadership structure, support staff participate in monthly professional development to strengthen procedures, align expectations, and ensure seamless operations across the building. From reviewing systems to reinforcing the required classroom data walls posted by all teachers, we focus on clarity, consistency, and accountability at every level.

Through our partnership with Oconee RESA and the Growing Readers Initiative, we are intentionally strengthening literacy across our campus. This collaboration allows us to allocate targeted resources to support and expand classroom libraries in every classroom, ensuring students have access to diverse, high-quality texts at their fingertips.
By investing in rich classroom libraries, we are not only increasing daily reading opportunities but also reinforcing a culture where literacy is prioritized, visible, and embedded in instruction. Strong systems, strategic partnerships, and aligned resources — all working together to grow confident, capable readers.
